POINTS TO NOTE:

Adelaide Truck & Bus Rentals Vans are supplied with a full tank of DIESEL and must be returned with a full tank at customer’s cost.

The Payee of the bond/card holder must come into the office and sign the hire contract and provide their drivers licence and or ID.
Three forms of ID required (must include Driver's licence)
100kms free per day, 25¢ per km thereafter
Overnight parking is complementary on request for customer Vehicles
Daily hire basis

PICK UP TIMES

Between 5 and 6pm the night before or from 7.30am that day.
Saturdays: 7.30am-12pm and 4-6pm.
Sundays: 4pm-6pm (Penalties apply for late pick ups)

DROP OFF TIMES

Week days: before 6pm that day
Saturdays: 7.30am-12pm and 4-6pm
Sundays: 4pm-6pm
(Penalties apply for late returns)

INSURANCE EXCESS

Standard insurance is included at no extra cost! Standard insurance excess is $3500 where hirer/driver is at fault.
Policy 1: Lower Excess $500 (extra $50 per day) where hirer/driver is at fault. Hirer/driver will be charged for overhead damage as it is not covered in this insurance policy. P1 and P2 Drivers insurance excess is $4200.
